In the market since 1985, Brassuco has put together a history of successes and triumphs in the foodstuff market. Today the company is a major supplier of powdered juice and chocolate for the food service sector, i.e. industrial kitchens, self-managing enterprises and public entities, as well as retailers.

Today Bassuco’s production capacity has been increased threefold, with a wider range of products including, in addition to powdered soft drinks and chocolate, powdered juice concentrate, isotonics, jellies, puddings and broths.

Brassuco products are produced from rigorously selected raw material and state-of-the-art equipment acquired through ongoing investment in production lines, guaranteeing top quality.

Brassuco also provides food service support featuring immediate delivery and technical assistance, as well as latest generation conservation coolers supplied under our commodatum system, a pioneering service in Brazil.

Year after year Brassuco has won over more powdered soft drink and powdered chocolate consumers. This has contributed to ongoing renovation carried forward by new products and partnerships with clients and suppliers.

Brassuco is now crossing frontiers, supplying a genuinely Brazilian product worldwide. The company exports to different markets in Africa, Asia and Latin America.
