Brassuk is the second most popular powdered soft drink in upstate São Paulo


The Brazilian magazine SuperRetail published in its latest issue research carried out by LatinPanel, in which the most popular brands in the Brazilian market were presented. Brassuco’s main soft drink, Brassuk, was chosen as one of the best selling brands in upstate São Paulo.

Data gathered between January and December 2006 showed Brassuk as the second most popular brand in this region. Nearly 8,200 households were visited weekly during the period. ‘We’re very happy about the findings. They go to show we’re on the right track’, remarks brand marketing manager Mr. Fernando Signori. The availability of Brassuk in supermarkets, self-service outlets and other sales establishments afford the brand fourth and fifth place in ranking..

Research also indicated that 74% of Brazilian households choose to make their purchases through at least 3 supply channels, while 47% visit several retail outlets in search of better prices. SuperRetail magazine has become a guide for readers to learn about the most prestigious brands and enhance their awareness of quality products. ‘SuperRetail magazine is a source of reference mainly for supermarket management. It’s our main link between product and consumer’, concludes Mr. Signori.

Brassuco

Today Brassuco is among the major suppliers of powdered soft drinks in São Paulo State, but we are still growing in other segments, mainly food service.
