1 envelope Brassuk strawberry 30g

8 skinned strawberries

1 glass natural yoghurt

3 teacups milk

Preparation

Place the strawberries, strawberry Brassuk, yoghurt and milk in the blender and mix for 1 minute. Serve immediately. Yield: 4 helpings.

Decorate the glass with small strawberries.
